Crypto platforms often have sign-up processes that feel complex and intimidating, especially for younger users. Crypta's challenge was to design a seamless, easy-to-follow onboarding experience that builds trust while still meeting necessary security and information requirements.
My approach was meant to build on existing competitiors flow and match it for Crypta's guidelines so as to create a sense of familiarity but with a touch that matches our brand,
I had to understand how competitors built trust during onboarding, thus I focused on clearly communicating financial and account information while maintaining a smooth, cohesive flow between steps.
Our sign-up process needed to be intuitive and easy to navigate as to reduces drop-off through clear progress and feedback, and allowed users to leave and return without losing their place.

DESIGNING FOR ERRROR & GUIDANCE
I would keep in mind and design for the importance of clearer error states that guide users when something goes wrong, helping them understand exactly where they went off track and how to fix it without frustration.
Enhancing Progress & Engagement
The sign-up process can be seen as monotonous thus, I would improve the flow by introducing more responsive progress indicators and milestone checkpoints. Giving users a stronger sense of accomplishment and clarity throughout the sign-up process.
