We found this often lead to inconsistency, burnout, or lack of progress in their workouts.

The app planned to leverage AI to help gym-goers better hit their goals, thus our team though it was imperative to focus on these things:
Creating a system that adapts to each user’s fitness level, goals, and mental state through AI-driven recommendations. We wanted to ensure workouts feel relevant, achievable, and aligned with how users feel day-to-day.
Keeping in mind social features like collaborative workouts, challenges, and community engagement to foster connection and accountability in our design. Gamification elements were introduced to make progress feel rewarding and keep users motivated over time.
We streamlined the experience into an intuitive, all-in-one platform combining workout planning, progress tracking, and expert-led content. The goal was to remove friction, reduce guesswork, and make fitness feel easy, approachable, and sustainable.

By taking a short assessment our AI would create adaptive workout plans that adjust based on each user’s goals, fitness level, and mental state, making it easier to stay consistent and avoid burnout.
